What is your refund or exchange policy?  Considering that our boutique apparel items are rarely repeated and unique in nature, we do not issue refunds on custom apparel.  Once we've sold out of an item/size, we typically don't restock, therefore exchanges will be considered based on inventory and when contacted within 3 days of receipt.

Do you accept custom order requests?  Yes, we also specialize in custom t-shirt printing for birthday parties, weddings, and baby showers.  If you'd like to place a custom order, click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to provide the details of your request and I will call to discuss your options.

What is the processing time for custom orders?  Processing time is usually between 1 - 3 weeks, depending on the nature of the request and availability; it could take longer. For tshirts, backpacks, and/or lunch boxes, you can enter the name in the notes section during checkout.  Please check ahead of time to ensure that we will be able to meet your date. Do you provide gift packaging?  Not at this time.
